When Sharetta Smith, my supervisor at my internship at the City of Lima, asked me to design some road signs and flyers for the City’s Adopt-a-Roadway program, I jumped at the chance! After all, how often do you get a chance to design a road sign?!

After some discussion with the client, I came up with the design above and this flyer:


Here’s one of the road signs in action! I saw this while out and about canvassing for Carla in Lima. I got a few weird looks from passersby when I quickly parked my van and ran out to take a picture of a road sign, but it was totally worth it!
